Breakfast with TechTalentCharter 2019

As strong supporters of diversity programmes that reflect the Agiltima co-founders own backgrounds we were pleased to be able to attend the recent TechTalentCharter event at the Gherkin. Welcomed by a wonderful breakfast the morning was spent engaging with a panel of experts from across various industries within the I.T sector. The steps that a number of organisations are taking, be it SMEs or large corporate’s, in the area of inclusiveness and the drive to reflect today’s modern society are to be commended.

But all agreed that as industry which is growing exponentially year on year, we still have a lot to do to improve on inclusiveness.
The morning was wrapped with a few words from the Right Honourable Margot James, Minister of State for Digital and the Creative Industries who accentuated the needs and the benefit of diversifying our digital culture across all streams of the industry including at board level. We are looking forward to future TechTalentCharter events and exploring ways in which we can support the initiative.

Agiltima are full signatories of the TechTalentCharter.
