Agiltima co-founder John Reber was invited to share his experience of implementing Agile at Scale at the TechConnect event held at the Milton Keynes conference centre. John presented a case study that focused on the unseen challenges that may impact teams, project and programmes when transitioning to agile at scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)…
Working with Agile at Scale methodologies allow companies to leverage the power of Agile delivery whilst retaining the elements of governance, process and controls that are a necessity when working on large projects and programmes.
Directly after the lightning talk Agiltima spent some time with thought leaders from fellow companies such as PlanIT and Switzerlands Lean Analytics Association to take a deeper dive into the challenges associated with moving an organisation from a typical structured ‘command and control’ structure to a more fluid and less hierarchical approach.
Following the interest generated via the event it is clear that more and more non-IT companies are looking for ways to better understand the benefits of Agile ways of working and how they can help their own teams improve.
Agiltima are looking forward to working with some of these companies in the future. If your company is interested in learning more about agile at scale ways of working contact us via the website, twitter or LinkedIn – or email [email protected]
