The Agiltima crew represented the UK attending this years Agile Turkey Summit in Istanbul – http://summit.agileturkey.org/
It was interesting to see so many attendees from sectors unrelated to IT all interested in Agile ways of working.
We spoke with delegates from construction, the charity sector, human resources and more all interested in leverage some of the key tenets and disciplines that underpin 20 plus years of Agile thinking.
Here at Agiltima we firmly believe that Agile principles and collaborative ways of working can benefit a huge number of industries providing not just a more disciplined and effective approach to project delivery but also that all important shot in the arm energy that many failing projects need to succeed.
Hats off to key note speaker Henrik Kniberg for involving his children in an experiment on stage using a toaster to demonstrate the iterative approach to agile project development.
